that letter you want to write...

Dear Really Big Old Job Board,

Thank you so much for the wonderful service.

I posted a job for free like the site said I could do. I got a few applicants but not the right level of talent. So I sponsored my post with the analytics you gave me. Only I still didn't get anything of value. Just a bunch of clicks, which you told me was a successful metric. Except that I still need to hire a Shift Leader, so I am not sure what clicks do for me.

Then you told me that there was a lot of competition in my city for that job, so I needed to spend more. Which I did.

But that money ran out in 3 weeks time instead of 4 weeks, so you told me you needed a little bit more to get me through the end of the month. I did that too.

And now that I have spent so much money with you, I am a VIP Customer and my rep has come to take me to lunch.

Only, I don't have time to go to lunch because I'm performing 2 jobs since I haven't been able to hire anyone qualified for my open roles.

Sincerely, Hiring Manager

P.S. Does this sound familiar??!!! There is another way.

Our customers enjoy more time working ON their business instead of IN their business because we take care of their hiring needs.
If you want more time in your day to not think about hiring, we can help with that.

cheers,

Mary Pillow
